Global Head of Enterprise – Sales & Account Management

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Global Head of Enterprise to own and grow its most strategic merchant relationships for Bolt Food & Delivery across 17 countries. You will shape the enterprise strategy, lead high‑impact negotiations and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver long‑term commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global enterprise strategy aligned with Bolt Food’s growth priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of national and international chain partners, overseeing €XXXm in annual GMV.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations covering commission, margin, marketing investment, exclusivity and expansion.
• Drive expansion of enterprise partners into new markets while maintaining strong governance and performance tracking.
• Build and implement Joint Business Plans with top partners to boost sales, retention and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise sales or account management at a global scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating win‑win agreements.
• Ability to operate strategically while executing hands‑on initiatives across multiple markets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
