Client Business Partner – Strategic Analytics & Insights

About the role

The Client Business Partner will manage relationships between NielsenIQ’s Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) division and local clients across the Baltics, driving profitable revenue growth and expanding awareness of the SA&I portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Independently sell SA&I solutions, assess client needs and propose tailored offerings to meet sales targets.
• Develop new business by identifying prospects, building relationships, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with the local Account Development team for joint business planning and client prioritisation.
• Scope projects responsibly, partnering with Solution experts, Customer Success and Operations to ensure feasibility.
• Promote the SA&I portfolio at conferences, client events and internal meetings.
• Prepare sales plans, budgets and manage the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in market data analysis, research or marketing services sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one Baltic language.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate and achieve sales targets.
• High “say‑do” ratio and willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge of NIQ tools.
