Global Payroll Implementation Specialist

About the role

Remote is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to join its Global Payroll Implementation team. You will be responsible for technically implementing new customers onto Remote’s Global Payroll platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new customers onto Remote’s Global Payroll platform with accuracy and within agreed timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll implementation projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Configure local payroll software and ensure compliance with statutory tax regulations for each client.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations and quality checks throughout the implementation process.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in global payroll implementation and knowledge of statutory tax regulations.
• Proven experience setting up payroll on local payroll software.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
