Head of Academy (Online academy for premium personal assistants)

About the role

We are creating an online academy that trains premium‑class personal assistants for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and concierge services. As Head of Academy you will design the curriculum, launch the learning platform and drive the business to sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product portfolio (courses, intensives, mentoring, alumni club) and oversee the launch of the LMS, CRM and payment systems.
• Build financial models, unit economics and a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Recruit top industry experts, coordinate course development, case studies and standards for serving UHNW/HNW clients.
• Establish partnerships with concierge agencies, family offices, HR departments and recruiting firms; create a certification and placement program.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape positioning, funnel messaging and audience acquisition.
• Recruit, lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of instructional designers, producers, marketers and salespeople.
• Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, NPS, retention) and continuously optimise performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of EdTech experience in senior product or project leadership roles with successful launches from scratch.
• Fluent English and strong business acumen in unit economics, marketing funnels and analytics.
• Deep knowledge of LMS and CRM markets and modern online learning formats (micro‑learning, gamification, case‑based learning).
• Experience selling high‑ticket, premium B2B/B2C products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of financial results and quality.
• Ability to transform startup chaos into clear processes, instructions and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and team‑building skills, especially with high‑level experts.
