Head of Academy – Online Academy for Premium Personal Assistants

About the role

We are building an online academy to train premium‑class personal assistants who will serve UHNW/HNW clients and concierge services. We need a leader to design the product, launch the platform and drive the academy to stable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design the product lineup (courses, intensives, mentoring, alumni club) and launch the platform (LMS, CRM, payments).
• Build the financial model, unit economics and sales system.
• Attract top industry experts and organise development of courses, methodological materials, case studies and standards for working with UHNW/HNW clients.
• Build partnerships with concierge agencies, family offices, HR departments and recruiting boutiques; set up a graduate certification system and placement into concierge services.
• Work with the promotion team to shape positioning, funnel messaging and attract the target audience.
• Build and lead the team (instructional designers, producers, marketers, sales).
• Track key metrics (CAC, LTV, NPS, retention) and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of EdTech experience as Head of Product, CPO or lead of EdTech projects with successful launches from scratch.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Strong command of unit economics, marketing funnels and end‑to‑end analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of financial results and quality.
• Structure and systems thinking to turn startup chaos into clear processes, instructions and regulations.
• Leadership and communication skills for negotiating with high‑level experts and building an effective team.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of LMS platforms and CRM systems.
• Understanding of modern online learning formats: microlearning, gamification, tracking, hands‑on case‑based learning.
