Head of Pricing and Monetization

About the role

As Head of Pricing and Monetization you will turn n8n’s pricing and packaging into a data‑driven growth engine. You will shape the pricing strategy that fuels revenue and adoption across our community of developers and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the analytical model linking unit economics, cost, willingness‑to‑pay, gross margin and customer value.
• Maintain competitive and market intelligence to keep pricing aligned with a fast‑moving category.
• Design pricing and packaging architecture for self‑serve, enterprise and special plans, including new SKUs and consumption‑based models.
• Lead cross‑functional pricing decisions and secure buy‑in from Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps and Data teams.
• Own end‑to‑end rollout of major pricing changes, from decision through launch to impact measurement.
• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks such as list pricing, discount guardrails, grandfathering rules and usage‑based billing.

Required profile

• 6+ years of pricing, monetisation or commercial strategy experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least one full‑cycle leadership of a major pricing model transition (e.g., subscription to consumption, seat‑based to usage‑based).
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable pricing strategies.
