Fraud & Risk Specialist (Rotating Shifts)

About the role

As a Fraud and Risk Specialist, you will play a key role in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities across multiple brands and platforms. You will monitor and approve transactions, investigate suspicious activities, implement risk‑mitigation strategies, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor transactions in real‑time to identify fraudulent activities and suspicious behavior.
• Review and process incoming and outgoing customer payments using a risk‑based approach.
• Conduct detailed investigations of fraud incidents, leveraging various tools and data sources.
• Develop and implement risk‑mitigation strategies, including creating rules and processes to prevent future fraud.
• Ensure all operations comply with online gaming regulations, AML/KYC policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to efficiently resolve fraud and risk issues.
• Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and propose adjustments to security policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven team player able to collaborate across departments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, based in Estonia or Cyprus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC and anti‑fraud regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
