IT Project Manager (German-speaking) – Remote

About the role

We are an IT development studio that creates digital products for businesses in the DACH region. As a German‑speaking IT Project Manager you will lead presales activities, shape technical solutions and own the full project lifecycle while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presales: uncover client needs, translate business problems into concrete technical solutions, estimate scope and present proposals.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to delivery, including planning, team coordination, budgeting, timelines, quality control and margin management.
• Serve as the primary German‑language point of contact for DACH clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams throughout delivery.
• Navigate modern technology areas such as mobile apps, automation, AI integrations and UX/UI to advise clients and shape solutions.

Required profile

• Proven background in IT project management within a service or agency environment.
• Strong presales and discovery skills – able to listen, ask the right questions and turn vague goals into clear development plans.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Comfortable owning both client relationships and internal delivery.
• Mid‑level experience with a high ownership mindset.
