IT Security & Compliance Specialist

About the role

Join Nexi’s Tallinn team as an IT Security & Compliance Specialist and help safeguard the next generation of digital payment services. You will work closely with the Security & Compliance Manager to ensure that our platforms remain secure, reliable and compliant with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Security & Compliance Manager in daily activities and initiatives.
• Implement and monitor security and compliance controls.
• Participate in internal and external reviews, assessments and audits.
• Coordinate security‑related topics with IT, development and business teams.
• Prepare documentation, reports and compliance‑related materials.
• Maintain continuity of security and compliance activities when covering for the manager.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in IT or information security (systems, infrastructure or networks).
• Solid understanding of core information‑security and compliance concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows environments.
• Good grasp of networking and system concepts.
• Analytical, organized and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
