Lead Data Analyst, Marketing Technology

About the role

As the Lead Data Analyst in Bolt’s Marketing Technology team, you will own the analytical and methodological backbone of the Lifecycle Marketing domain. You will design measurement, experimentation, personalization, and causal inference frameworks that drive engagement and retention for millions of users across Rider, Driver, Eater, Rentals, and Business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, validate and maintain advanced marketing measurement methodologies, including A/B testing, econometric modelling and causal inference.
• Own the roadmap and development of the personalization engine for lifecycle marketing.
• Build and operate measurement infrastructure such as incrementality frameworks, experimentation platforms and self‑serve tools for marketers and analysts.
• Act as the technical and methodological lead, mentoring analysts, raising analytical standards and evangelising best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of LCM, vertical heads and cross‑functional engineering teams (Data Platform, Analytics Engineering, Martech Engineering).

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data analysis initiatives in marketing technology or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong background in experimental design, causal inference and econometric modelling.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable measurement infrastructure and self‑serve analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
