About the role

Saunumi is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of its innovative sauna solutions both in Estonia and international markets. You will be responsible for expanding the brand’s fan base, building lasting client relationships, and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new B2B customers and nurture long‑term relationships with existing accounts.
• Actively promote and sell Saunumi products, delivering compelling presentations.
• Prepare quotations, manage the CRM system, and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in marketing events, trade fairs and exhibitions locally and abroad.
• Develop sales plans, monitor performance and ensure targets are met.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience with measurable results.
• Strong ability to create and sustain valuable client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence in presentations and proactive attitude.
• Analytical mindset to link sales activities with outcomes.
• Interest in technology and solid technical understanding.
• Willingness to travel, including international trips, and hold a category B driver’s licence.
• Fluent in Estonian and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
