Inside Sales Manager – Tallinn

About the role

TTI, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company and leading distributor of electronic components, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead its internal sales team in Tallinn. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, Field Sales, and European headquarters to drive growth and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and systematically develop the Internal Sales Team.
• Coach Internal Sales Representatives (ISR) to achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
• Implement and monitor activities that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the Branch Manager in operating and developing the sales branch from a commodity and supplier perspective.
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation with Field Sales.
• Collaborate with ISR, Product Manager and Field Sales on large, strategic customer quotations.
• Liaise with the European Headquarters in Germany.
• Analyse performance reports and launch performance‑enhancing initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed professional commercial and/or technical education.
• Professional commercial training or a related university degree.
• Proven experience managing an Internal Sales Team.
• Several years of internal sales experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
