.NET Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Engineer to develop and evolve our public platform bobw.co. You will work closely with product managers, designers and the commercial team to turn growth goals into high‑converting features while continuously improving the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end development of complex features for the public website.
• Write automated tests, maintain documentation and ensure robust service monitoring.
• Deploy code, monitor performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead architecture initiatives and drive best‑practice processes across the department.
• Participate in hiring and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to drive product improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• 3+ years of experience building front‑end applications with React or Vue.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly in English.
• Track record of taking ownership of projects and leading successful initiatives.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends.
