Operations Support Specialist

About the role

This junior‑to‑mid level position focuses on day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑growing fintech company. You will handle KYC requests, refunds and user verification cases, ensuring accuracy, completeness and professional communication with merchants and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process KYC requests and support user verification workflows.
• Request, review and organise required documentation from clients.
• Monitor case status, deadlines and follow‑up on missing information.
• Collect and organise data related to chargebacks, disputed transactions and partner inquiries.
• Communicate with merchants and partners to obtain required documents.
• Process refund requests submitted by merchants and internal teams.
• Maintain end‑user documentation, ensuring records are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, back‑office, customer support or document verification.
• Experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, iGaming or crypto is a plus.
• Excellent written communication in English and Russian.
• Ability to work independently, own cases and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, process‑oriented approach.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
