Performance Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Reporting Analyst to join Luminor’s finance team in Tallinn. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining regular reporting solutions that support the bank’s performance monitoring and decision‑making across the Pan‑Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reporting processes using Excel, Power BI and SQL.
• Gather reporting requirements, design data sourcing logic and create visual layers for end‑users.
• Maintain mapping tables, data models and documentation for reporting procedures.
• Support ad‑hoc data requests and participate in the development of new metrics in the data mart.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting efficiency, data quality and user experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Good understanding of banking products, accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to make quick decisions.
• Strong time‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
