Product Manager, Contractor Management

About the role

Remote is looking for a Product Manager to lead the Contractor Management vertical of its global HR platform. You will shape the product roadmap, drive AI‑enhanced features, and ensure the end‑to‑end experience delivers value for millions of international workers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship solutions together with engineering, operations, and sales teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from concept and prototype to launch and iteration.
• Lead complex initiatives independently, without senior product oversight.
• Manage internal expectations, prioritize features, and navigate trade‑offs.
• Develop and communicate a clear roadmap aligned with company‑wide goals.
• Break down strategic objectives into actionable short‑ and mid‑term plans.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for contractor management.
• Contribute to scaling and growth strategies for the product area.

Required profile

• Prior product‑manager experience, preferably at a high‑growth company.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude Code, able to build, debug, and ship functional prototypes.
• Strong judgment for strategic prioritisation and tactical feature scoping.
• Demonstrated impact on product direction and outcomes.
• Passion for creating seamless, effective products that solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
