Product Manager (Mobile Gaming)

About the role

Plummy Games is seeking a Product Manager to lead the creation and growth of casual mobile free‑to‑play games. You will shape product direction, validate concepts and drive data‑informed gameplay and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of new casual mobile F2P titles from idea to soft launch and beyond.
• Drive the 0→1 phase: define core gameplay, prototype features and validate concepts.
• Collaborate with design, analytics, art and engineering teams to bring new ideas to life.
• Design, test and iterate on features, mechanics and game concepts using rapid experimentation.
• Analyse product performance pre‑ and post‑launch, using KPIs to guide improvements.
• Lead soft‑launch iterations, refining games based on player behaviour and market trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience in casual mobile free‑to‑play games.
• Proven track record launching casual games from concept to soft launch or global release.
• Strong product thinking, roadmap prioritisation and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (product, analytics, design, engineering).
• Deep knowledge of mobile game mechanics, player engagement, retention and monetisation models (IAP, ads, hybrid).
• Advanced English communication skills.
