Regulatory Risk & Data Analyst

About the role

As a Regulatory Risk & Data Analyst you will strengthen trust in our regulatory calculations and risk data, ensuring that key decisions and reporting rely on accurate information. This newly created position gives you the chance to shape validation methods for regulatory calculations and Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (RDARR) while applying your analytical judgment.

Key responsibilities

• Own independent validation assignments from testing to conclusions and follow‑up.
• Validate regulatory calculations, risk data, reporting and related controls.
• Analyse complex datasets, investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Interpret banking regulations such as the CRR and test their implementation.
• Translate analysis into clear findings and practical recommendations.
• Help develop better validation methods, testing approaches and analytical tools, including SQL.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in risk, regulatory reporting, finance, audit, validation or data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex calculations, processes and large datasets.
• Ability to work with complex regulatory texts and apply them in analysis.
• Ownership mindset, comfortable working independently and challenging assumptions.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Motivation to develop SQL skills if not already proficient.
• Residency in Estonia (relocation not offered) and preferably fluent in Estonian.
