Sales Consultant – Premium Menswear

About the role

Join a growing premium tailoring atelier in the heart of Tallinn, where personal service and long‑term client relationships are at the core of the business. As a Sales Consultant you will guide local and international customers through the full made‑to‑measure experience, from the first consultation to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide highly personalised service.
• Advise on style, fabrics, garments and made‑to‑measure options.
• Manage enquiries, develop new client relationships and follow up throughout the ordering process.
• Prepare orders, process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use CRM, Shopify and internal ordering systems to support the client journey.
• Learn to take measurements and conduct made‑to‑measure consultations after training.
• Represent the atelier professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent in Estonian (B2+) and English (B2+).
• Strong communication, sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded and detail‑oriented.
• Genuine interest in menswear, personal style and premium client service.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
