Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Platforms

About the role

DoiT is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its fully remote EMEA sales team. You will generate outbound leads, engage technical buyers and book qualified demos that feed the sales pipeline for enterprise platform solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritisation and feedback loops.
• Help design and refine the outbound motion by identifying decision‑makers and optimising multi‑channel campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end outreach using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Clay.
• Partner with leadership to improve messaging, call scripts and outreach strategies.
• Communicate compelling value propositions to technical buyers and stay up‑to‑date on product offerings.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, preferably selling to engineers, developers, DevOps or data teams.
• Proven track record of achieving outbound lead‑generation targets.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and using several prospecting tools simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
