Sales Manager – Real Estate Software (Estonia)

About the role

Linear is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of its real‑estate software platform in Estonia. You will be responsible for building the market presence, acquiring new broker and agency customers, and driving revenue from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential real‑estate broker and agency clients across Estonia.
• Conduct outreach, schedule meetings and deliver product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to contract signing.
• Maintain and continuously update a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and forecasting revenue.
• Gather market feedback, understand client pain points and relay insights to the product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the wider Linear team to ensure the sales strategy aligns with company goals.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑motivated individual who takes ownership of targets.
• Strong communicator comfortable speaking with brokers, agency heads and decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to create new sales opportunities and close deals.
• Consistent follow‑up and persistence throughout the sales process.
• Willingness to learn the Estonian real‑estate market deeply.
