Security Lead – Software Delivery

About the role

Are you passionate about improving security in software delivery and driving strategy for security by design in a critical platform area? This role in the Orchestration Platforms team will lead and evolve the security strategy for the platform offering while embedding security across the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously evolve the security strategy for the Orchestration Platforms offering.
• Embed security into the SDLC, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Partner with product owners, tech leads, engineers, architects and security stakeholders to identify risks and prioritize initiatives.
• Define, implement and improve security capabilities, controls and processes, and measure progress.

Required profile

• Strong experience in application security, DevSecOps or cloud security with a hands‑on track record.
• Background as a software engineer, preferably in Java‑based environments.
• Proven ability to define security roadmaps, set metrics and drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and raise security awareness.
