Senior Consultant

About the role

This senior consulting position is based in Estonia and operates within a global business and technology services environment. You will support clients through complex transformation and technology initiatives, combining digital strategy, product development, experience design, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of business transformation, technology, and product development initiatives across diverse client engagements.
• Analyze client challenges, business requirements, and processes to identify practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning digital strategy, experience design, engineering, and other specialist functions.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand objectives, communicate recommendations, gather feedback, and align priorities.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, documentation, presentations, and delivery of high‑quality client work.
• Apply structured problem‑solving and analytical approaches to address complex business and technology challenges.
• Help design, develop, implement, and improve digital products, services, processes, or technology solutions as required.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and enhanced customer or user experiences.

Required profile

• Demonstrated professional experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, product development, digital strategy, or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured approach to complex issues.
• Experience working on client‑facing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable solutions.
