Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and hard‑working Senior Data Analyst to help us dominate the print‑on‑demand industry. You will work in an international, casual environment with talented teammates and handle rich, diverse data across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to data person within your team.
• Engage in product, operations, and business analytics.
• Improve product features through ad‑hoc and regular data analysis.
• Analyze internal, market, and customer data across various business areas.
• Translate data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, economics or a related quantitative field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Ability to present and clearly articulate summarized analysis results.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards (Looker is a plus).
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data‑quality principles.
• Experience with event tracking and product‑analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and causal inference.
