Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Growth Product

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to join our Growth Engineering team. You will build the core experiences that bring new users into our crypto platform, from marketing funnels and sign‑up flows to KYC and first‑funding interactions. Your work will directly influence activation, retention and monetisation for millions of global users.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers and analysts to turn growth opportunities into high‑quality, data‑driven engineering solutions.
• Develop reusable services and UI components that power marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC and funding experiences across web and mobile.
• Design and maintain distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic while ensuring performance and reliability.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, balancing user impact, scalability and technical excellence.
• Ship features end‑to‑end with ownership, craftsmanship and accountability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software engineer with a proven track record of solving business problems through code.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven mindset and ability to translate high‑level business goals into engineering solutions.
