Senior Product Manager / Consultant

About the role

Product Impact is seeking a senior product manager who will act as an interim product leader for client organisations. You will guide product teams from concept through launch, help revive stalled initiatives, and build new product capabilities in fast‑moving tech scale‑ups and startups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional product teams through the full product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to launch and evaluation.
• Partner with clients to build MVPs, revive stalled initiatives, meet quarterly KPIs, or establish new product departments.
• Oversee multiple product initiatives simultaneously, coordinating with other Product, Program, or Project Managers as needed.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing prompt, honest communication and aligning on optimal solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience on tech products, preferably in a start‑up environment.
• Strong focus on user experience combined with solid business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams using agile methodologies.
• Comfortable switching between analytical and creative thinking.

Required skills

• Experience with web applications.
