System Administrator – Data Enablers Team

About the role

Join SEB's Data Enablers team in Tallinn as a System Administrator. You will support and evolve business intelligence solutions that power the bank’s finance, risk, and data initiatives. The role combines hands‑on system management with the development of modern ETL pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SAP IQ, Apache Airflow and Apache NiFi.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot incidents, provide timely resolutions, and support production stability.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and agile development cycles.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, self‑driven attitude.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• SQL and relational database experience.
• Linux/Unix system administration.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• Familiarity with SAP IQ, Apache Airflow and Apache NiFi (advantageous but not mandatory).
