Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the newly formed EMEA support team at Constructor. You will act as the primary technical resource for enterprise customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, understand platform behavior, and move forward with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive customer‑facing technical support conversations via tickets, Slack, and calls.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Constructor APIs, SDKs, data integrations and log analysis.
• Translate technical details into clear, actionable steps for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Build trust quickly with customers and internal teams, keeping them informed throughout investigations.
• Identify and implement scalable solutions to remove roadblocks and improve support processes.
• Champion the customer’s voice and contribute to continuous improvement of the support function.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed technologist with a strong technical foundation.
• Hands‑on experience working with APIs, SDKs, logs and data integrations.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Proactive problem‑solver who enjoys removing obstacles and delivering value.
• Ability to work independently as the first full‑time support engineer on the team.
