About the role

We are looking for a motivated Network Construction Manager to lead the planning, execution and coordination of electrical, telecommunication and rail contact‑network works on construction sites. The role contributes to strategic infrastructure projects such as Rail Baltica, ensuring that all activities are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise electrical, telecom and rail contact‑network, power systems and traffic‑control system works on site.
• Lead the site team and subcontractors, coordinating daily activities and resources.
• Ensure contract compliance, quality standards and project deadlines.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, plans and reports.
• Maintain occupational safety and a safe working environment on the construction site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and organising works and leading teams on construction sites.
• Knowledge of electrical and telecommunication networks and ICT solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (DWG, DXF, DGN, PDF, IFC, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in Estonian and English and willingness to work outdoors.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Additional assets: conversational Russian, BE‑category licence, experience with large‑scale infrastructure or rail projects.
