Warehouse & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to lead and improve our logistics, warehouse, and asset‑management processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations and support our AI‑focused business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise all logistics and warehouse management processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Implement and maintain asset‑management processes covering the full lifecycle of equipment.
• Review and refine logistics and warehousing workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Set up and manage equipment certification to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
• Onboard new partners and locations, integrating them into logistics and asset‑management systems.
• Manage insurance for assets, including claims handling, renewals, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate the sale and disposal of obsolete assets in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Monitor and report on key logistics and asset‑management metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics or logistics project management.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems, ERP software and asset‑tracking tools.
• Strong project‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of best practices in logistics, warehouse operations and asset lifecycle management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
