Purchaser – Global Supply Chain

About the role

Ericsson’s inbound supply team in Tallinn is looking for a Purchaser to ensure material and service availability for its smart manufacturing factory. You will work closely with global suppliers, resolve supply issues quickly, and support continuous improvement of the supply chain. The role is full‑time, hybrid, with three days per week on site at Peterburi tee 66.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily material call‑offs to secure availability.
• Identify and resolve disturbances in the supply chain.
• Represent Ericsson in supplier meetings and act as the main communication interface.
• Analyse supplier performance and feed data into global assessments.
• Communicate supply status to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data in SAP.
• Support invoicing issue resolution and participate in supply‑chain improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global supply chain or logistics.
• Experience managing supply activities in an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Analytical thinking with strong business focus and KPI orientation.
• Ability to adapt to constant changes and work in a diverse team.
• Formal education in supply chain management or logistics.
• Excellent spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
