Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 18‑25 employees in our 24/7 in‑house logistics unit. The role involves motivating staff, ensuring smooth operations across multiple buildings, and collaborating closely with production and process control teams.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate the team, set goals, evaluate performance and develop competencies.
• Align team objectives with overall organisational strategy.
• Plan and manage warehouse resources, workflow and personnel reporting.
• Support daily warehouse activities, resolve operational challenges and ensure process compliance.
• Participate in reporting, data analysis and safety compliance.
• Work with Process Control Specialists and Production Departments to optimise processes.
• Promote and attend required training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team of 18‑25 people in a warehouse or production environment.
• Strong ability to evaluate performance, give feedback and coach staff.
• In‑depth knowledge of supply‑chain processes and related sub‑processes.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Conversational proficiency in English, Estonian and Russian.
• Higher education or at least three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to take responsibility for decisions and manage emotions in self and others.
