AI Transformation Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to accelerate AI adoption across the firm and client engagements. You will translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions, driving productivity and innovation while embedding AI into everyday work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive AI adoption opportunities in internal operations and client projects.
• Design and implement AI‑enabled improvements to business processes and ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions and innovation initiatives focused on AI.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms and market trends.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for AI initiatives.
• Create guidance materials, best practices and training content to increase AI capability.
• Measure adoption, collect feedback and continuously improve AI implementation efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Data & AI, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading AI‑enabled business transformation and operating model redesign initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with senior business leaders.
• Entrepreneurial, curious and analytical mindset with an understanding of organizational change.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Replit.
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform.
• Prompt engineering.
