AMS Account Manager – Baltic Region

About the role

The Brink’s Company is seeking an experienced AMS Account Manager to lead the ATM Managed Services relationship with SEB Bank across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. You will act as the primary point of contact, strengthening the partnership and ensuring profitable, sustainable service delivery aligned with Brink’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to SEB Bank and aligning services with evolving client needs.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational matters, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and service levels.
• Plan and oversee ATM relocation projects, coordinating with local teams and subcontractors.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor management, defining procurement requirements and ensuring appropriate selection.
• Handle invoice management, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting to the customer, central banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Support branding and marketing activities related to the AMS portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client‑facing roles within financial services or ATM/managed services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen, capable of budgeting and performance tracking.
• Project management experience, particularly in coordinating complex operational initiatives.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Baltic languages is a plus.
