Associate Partner – EU Public Advisory

About the role

Join Civitta, an international consulting firm, as an Associate Partner in EU Public Advisory based in Estonia. You will help public institutions navigate complex European policy environments and deliver high‑impact projects on economic resilience, climate transition, and strategic autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Craft a pipeline of local and international projects and build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Participate in tenders with high‑quality proposals to expand the public‑sector portfolio.
• Lead project execution, delivering fact‑based results that create positive societal impact.
• Grow and manage a team of motivated professionals, handling hiring, mentoring, and continuous development.

Required profile

• 7+ years delivering management‑consulting projects for the public sector.
• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Estonian and English.
• Strong knowledge in at least one domain: management consulting, quantitative analysis, financial analysis or strategy.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and experience in tender bidding.
• Leadership potential to develop a collaborative, high‑performing team.
• Self‑starter with the capacity to manage multiple projects and complex processes autonomously.
