B2B & B2G Business Development Manager – Apple Products

About the role

AVAD Baltic is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive demand generation and go‑to‑market execution for Apple products within the Estonian enterprise and government market. You will own direct relationships with key organisations, shape demand, and work with AVAD’s reseller and partner network to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the Apple B2B & B2G go‑to‑market strategy for Estonia, prioritising activities to meet growth targets.
• Engage major enterprises and governmental accounts directly, building relationships and promoting Apple technology.
• Develop and execute demand‑generation plans with channel partners, converting pipeline into revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and underserved segments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Organise events, briefings and workshops in collaboration with partners and sales engineers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in business development, account management or B2B/B2G sales.
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, IT or related field.
• Fluent in English and Estonian.
• Experience selling through or working with a channel/partner ecosystem (advantage).
• Understanding of procurement processes in the B2B and governmental sectors (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Use of AI tools for data processing and visual presentation creation.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, products and services.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
