B2B Sales Manager – Premium Concierge Services

About the role

Perfect.Live is a premium 24/7 lifestyle and concierge service that supports high‑net‑worth clients with personal assistance and unique solutions. We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to create new revenue streams across corporate travel, VIP retention programs and white‑label solutions. This is a true hunter role focused on building pipelines from scratch and winning C‑level buying committees.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified new‑business pipeline across target industries and markets.
• Identify target accounts and reach C‑level executives through outbound prospecting.
• Lead discovery, proposal development and negotiation through to contract signature.
• Map and manage multi‑stakeholder buying committees across commercial, product, technology and legal functions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, forecasts and account plans.
• Hand over closed deals to implementation and account management with a clear brief.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English and Russian, written and spoken.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B new‑business sales, business development or enterprise sales, with a self‑generated pipeline.
• Experience managing full sales cycles for medium‑ to long‑cycle consultative deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort selling technology‑enabled or white‑label solutions that require integration with client systems.
• Ability to work from the Tallinn office during the first three months, with a hybrid arrangement thereafter.
• A network across iGaming, crypto, fintech, banking, payments, corporate travel, hospitality, luxury services or customer loyalty is a strong plus.
