Back Office Team Lead

Do you enjoy leading people, creating structure in complex processes, and helping teams achieve great results? At Enefit we are looking for a Back Office Team Lead to deliver seamless service and continuously improve the experience of our customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Back Office team in delivering efficient and high‑quality operational services.
• Organize and coordinate daily workflows to ensure smooth execution of customer support and sales administration processes.
• Take ownership of performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the resolution of complex operational and customer‑related challenges.
• Analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Build effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Guide the team through change and help embed new processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, customer support, or back‑office operations.
• Previous people‑leadership or team‑coaching experience.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to improve service quality.
• Problem‑solving orientation and data‑driven decision making.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data‑processing platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and prioritize competing tasks.
• Confident communication in Estonian and English.
• Positive, accountable and collaborative leadership style.
