Business Development Partner – Estonia

About the role

Renggo is an early-stage Estonian startup building AI assistants that answer customer calls and messages across phone, website chat, Telegram and WhatsApp. It is looking for a Business Development Partner to act as its face on the ground in Estonia, connecting the company with businesses, founders and potential partners. The role is hands-on: introducing Renggo to prospects, running demos, building relationships and owning the follow-up until deals close.

Key responsibilities

• Find and reach out to businesses that could benefit from Renggo.
• Build relationships with founders, business owners and decision-makers.
• Connect the company with startup communities, investors and business networks.
• Run introductory meetings and product demos.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up until deals close.
• Share market feedback and help shape the go-to-market approach.

Required profile

• Well-connected in Estonia's business or startup community.
• Proficient in English and at least one of Estonian or Russian.
• Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers, and able to explain technology and AI solutions simply.
• Self-driven, proactive and reliable with follow-through.
• Sales, business development or startup operations experience is a plus.

What we offer

• A 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed earnings.
• Recurring commission: 20% of the commissionable amount from each customer's paid months 1-12, and 10% from months 13-24; no commission after month 24.
• Commission is calculated after applicable taxes and agreed costs, under the terms of the partnership agreement.
• Flexibility, direct collaboration with the founding team and a meaningful role in growing an early-stage AI startup.
