Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

SEB's Business Intelligence team transforms raw data from the data warehouse into meaningful information. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will contribute to BI solutions from idea to production, supporting data‑driven decisions across SEB.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Work through the full IT delivery lifecycle, including estimation, design, development support, testing, deployment and post‑release verification.
• Develop, maintain and enhance data loading processes, data models, WebFOCUS reports and reporting solutions.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive continuous improvements.
• Participate actively in Delivery Team sprints and contribute to sprint goals.

Required profile

• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to understand detailed requirements and the bigger picture.
• Proactive, responsible approach with ownership of tasks.
• Solid SQL skills and ability to work directly with data.
• Good understanding of data‑warehousing principles, data structures and data modelling concepts.
