Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The company is a privately owned technology business with a strong international presence in the iGaming ecosystem. Reporting to the Managing Director and the board, the CFO will lead the finance function and drive strategic financial decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own unit economics, pricing, and approve material commercial terms before signature.
• Manage the budget, forecast, financial model and Board‑level performance reporting.
• Oversee banking, liquidity, settlement infrastructure and cash conversion cycle for both fiat and digital assets.
• Control credit exposure, FX, capital events and ensure regulatory and tax compliance across all entities.
• Lead the finance team, set operating rhythm and maintain the control framework.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 15+ years in finance, including 5+ years at CFO/FD/Head of Finance level.
• Strong multi‑entity consolidation, carve‑out experience and knowledge of licensed gaming structures (MGA, Curaçao, etc.).
• Proven track record building finance teams and managing treasury, liquidity and FX.
• Fluent English and willingness to be based in or relocate to Tallinn.
