Civil Design Expert – Estonia

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Civil Design Expert to lead civil engineering design efforts in Estonia, reporting to the Civil Design Manager and overseeing a local team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all Estonia‑specific civil design issues and report to the Civil Design Manager.
• Assist the Civil Design Manager in developing generic and detailed designs.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a dedicated team of local civil designers to produce application designs for Estonia.
• Ensure all civil designs strictly conform to Estonian legislation, national requirements, standards and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of proven civil design experience with responsibilities similar to those described.
• Professional proficiency in English and Estonian (minimum CEFR B2).
• Valid local Estonian civil design certificate (or employer commitment to obtain within 6 months).
• Full‑time availability permanently located in Estonia and not employed on any other project during the contract.
