Client Business Partner – Strategic Analytics & Insights

About the role

The Client Business Partner will own the relationship between NielsenIQ’s Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business and local clients in the Baltics, driving profitable revenue growth and expanding awareness of the SA&I portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Independently sell SA&I solutions, assess client needs and propose tailored offerings to meet sales targets.
• Develop new business by identifying prospects, building relationships, presenting research solutions, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with the local Account Development team for joint business planning and to understand client priorities.
• Scope projects responsibly, partnering with Solution experts, Customer Success and Operations to ensure feasibility and target achievement.
• Promote SA&I portfolio through presentations at conferences, client meetings and internal events.
• Contribute to sales plans, budgets and pipeline management, being accountable for achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in market data analysis, research or marketing services sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and manage client relationships.
• High say‑do ratio and willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge of NIQ tools.
• Proficiency in English and at least one Baltic language.
• Experience in FMCG or retail sectors is an advantage.
