Client Partner – TikTok Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a Client Partner to drive TikTok advertising growth in Estonia. In this highly visible, entrepreneurial position you will act as the local face of TikTok, building new business and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiations and onboarding of new advertisers.
• Actively hunt for new clients and re‑engage advertisers that have not yet been onboarded.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers across Estonia.
• Position TikTok as a strategic growth channel through education, presentations and client workshops.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including CSM hub, platform leads and regional stakeholders.
• Support export advertisers targeting multiple international markets.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to increase market presence and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales role within advertising, media, digital or technology.
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals such as prospecting, objection handling and pipeline management.
• High level of proactivity, ownership and motivation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment while collaborating with regional teams.
• Fluent English; Estonian is a strong advantage.
