Commercial Excellence Manager

About the role

As the Commercial Excellence Manager – Sales you will define and scale acquisition performance across Bolt Food. Your core mandate is to improve productivity per sales FTE by owning new‑hire ramping and standardising commercial execution, focusing on the first 90 days of the sales lifecycle to ensure rapid lead conversion and full productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Own structured onboarding and ramp models (F30, F60, F90) with clear milestone gates and lead‑based targets.
• Build and maintain weekly ramp scorecards tracking activity, meetings, pipeline and conversion, flagging early under‑performance.
• Improve conversion rates by creating frameworks and training for pitching, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
• Develop and drive adoption of sales playbooks, pitch decks and objection‑handling frameworks across SMB, ads and complex deals.
• Define and embed standards for lead management, pipeline tracking and forecasting to ensure consistent CRM usage.
• Equip Sales Managers with pipeline review, deal coaching and performance‑management frameworks and support calibration processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Enablement.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion drivers and pipeline management.
• Experience building onboarding, ramp frameworks and performance‑tracking models.
• Ability to translate commercial challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills in a fast‑paced, international environment.
