Community Partnerships Volunteer

About the role

The Kind Circle MTÜ is a community organisation in Tallinn that brings newcomers and local residents together through reading, cultural exchange, language practice and community activities. It is looking for an unpaid Community Partnerships Volunteer to help build local connections that turn community ideas into practical activities. Involvement is flexible and agreed around your availability and the activities you support.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential partner venues, community organisations and cultural resources in Tallinn.
• Help prepare partnership enquiries and follow up on discussions.
• Identify opportunities for shared activities, venue support and donations of books or materials.
• Maintain a simple record of contacts and partnership progress.

Required profile

• Good English and Estonian; other languages are a plus.
• An interest in learning Asian languages or some existing knowledge of an Asian language is welcome.
• Interest in community development, cultural exchange or public welfare.
• Relevant experience in community engagement, partnership development or outreach is preferred.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English and Estonian.
