Creative & Communication Lead – Live Events

About the role

NJ Production is seeking a Creative & Communication Lead to shape the creative vision for international corporate events, leadership forums and brand experiences. You will translate client challenges into compelling concepts, stories and complete audience experiences that are memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Create event concepts and visual narratives, from the big idea to the look, feel and sound of the experience.
• Develop moodboards, audience journeys, stage moments, reveals and entertainment ideas together with designers.
• Write and edit event copy, scripts, speaker introductions, voice‑overs, video concepts and presentation content.
• Shape program structures with clients and speakers, and brief copywriters, designers and video teams to keep everything on‑concept.
• Design communication touch‑points before, during and after events – invitations, registration, internal campaigns and social content.
• Collaborate with client marketing teams to align the event with broader communications.
• Build NJ Production’s own case studies, stories and communication assets.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, identify growth opportunities and support new‑business initiatives.
• Work closely with project managers, producers, designers and partners, owning the creative vision while they lead execution.
• Provide clear briefs, give feedback, protect concept quality and attend rehearsals or on‑site delivery as needed.

Required profile

• Strong experience in events, communication, creative agencies, experiential marketing or branding.
• Excellent conceptual thinking, copywriting, storytelling and editing abilities.
• Outstanding written and spoken English with strong presentation and pitching skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into creative ideas.
• Solid visual understanding and capability to brief and guide designers.
• Proven client and stakeholder management experience, including senior international clients.
