Data Analyst

About the role

Join Luminor as a Data Analyst and help translate business needs into clear IT and data requirements. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and support the development of a local banking champion.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business needs and convert them into functional and non‑functional data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders across Business, Data, and Technology teams, and document requirements for system implementation.
• Investigate processes, analyse data, define transformation rules, mappings and business logic.
• Collaborate with system analysts and data engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Continuously improve processes, suggest optimisations and maintain requirement templates and delivery artefacts.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in business or data analysis within the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of financial products, processes and IT systems in banking or finance.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, document and manage functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with Word for documentation and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools for managing requirements and workflows.
