Delivery Team Lead, Digital Channels UX Team

About the role

SEB, described as a technology company with more than 250 applications built and maintained by its product development teams, is hiring a Delivery Team Lead in Tallinn. You will lead the User Experience Team within the Digital Channels Tribe, which shapes consistent, intuitive and customer-centric digital experiences across channels and products. The role also strengthens collaboration between UX, channels, products and technology across the Baltics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Baltic team members.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Tribe's vision and strategy.
• Act as Scrum Master within the Delivery Team.
• Foster a strong delivery culture and remove impediments to the team's success.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, other Delivery Team Leads and stakeholders across the Baltics to share best practices and improve ways of working.
• Ensure clarity and alignment around team goals, priorities and scope.
• Lead and support change, helping the team adapt to evolving priorities, ways of working and organisational needs.

Required profile

• Strong leadership skills and experience in developing, coaching and motivating people.
• Strong change management capabilities, with the ability to create clarity and engagement through change.
• Ability to build a team culture focused on collaboration, ownership and delivery.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and its potential to transform how the team works.
• Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Good understanding of Agile ways of working and software development.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Great UX or customer experience knowledge is an advantage.
