DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (Industrial Control Systems)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer who will bridge the gap between IT and Operational Technology in industrial environments. You will automate, secure and improve critical infrastructure platforms that support the energy transition and essential services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements in reliability, availability and operational efficiency of industrial control platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, Windows, Linux, network and security teams and other stakeholders.
• Manage automated maintenance processes and secure remote engineering access.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives such as certificate lifecycle management, identity and access management, and secure operation of infrastructure and applications.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with a passion for automation, reliability and operational excellence.
• Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience integrating, automating and securing enterprise or industrial applications.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, including security, system administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, scripting and APIs).
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to analyse network traffic and diagnose connectivity or performance issues.
